Pre-school – 3rd Grade Christmas Program “The Glory of Christmas”

Students & Families in Grades Pre-K thru Grade 3,

The Pre-school through Grade 3 Christmas program…”The Glory of Christmas”… will be presented two times in the school gym on Tuesday, December 18: 2:00 & 6:30 p.m. Students, please wear your best Christmas outfit! However, at a minimum, for the 2:00 program only, school dress code may be worn. Whichever you decide, parents, please note that students will not change clothes at school, so whatever your child wears to school on November 18 is the outfit they will wear for the 2:00 program. Also, families are encouraged to take advantage of the PTL Sweets & Treats Shoppe (aka Cookie Walk) after each program. Proceeds benefit our school music program.

The 6:30 p.m. program is required for all students in grades Pre-school thru 3rd grade.

Pre-school and AK Parents: Your child is NOT required to attend the 2:00 program if they are otherwise not at school on December 18. However, if you would like your child to participate at 2:00, they are welcome to do so. Please arrive by 1:45 and report to Mrs. Wojtczak’s (4-year-old and AK) room.

Also . . .On Sunday, December 16, (two days before the big Tuesday program), pre-school through Grade 3 students will offer a program preview at 9 a.m. worship at Trinity Lutheran Church. If you have no prior commitments and would like your child to participate in this worship event, please arrive at the church sanctuary by 8:45 a.m. Again, please wear your best Christmas outfit. This event is optional and not required for any student. A cake and punch reception will follow!

Finally . . . Pre-school through Grade 3 students will sing the remaining songs (not sung on 12/16) from the Christmas program at 4 p.m. worship on Christmas Eve at Trinity Lutheran Church. Everyone is welcome, especially those who do not have a regular church home on this important evening. Join us for worship, then enjoy your dinner and activities at home as we celebrate the coming of our Savior Jesus Christ. This event, too, is optional.

Thank you,

Susan Benya
