Trinity Lutheran School offers a range of academic options to students in pre-kindergarten through grade 8. Trinity’s curriculum includes religion, English, math, history, geography, science, technology, the arts, and physical education. Trinity provides a variety of activities, such as Lego League, First Tech Challenge (FTC), band, choir, drama, basketball, cheer leading, soccer, flag football, cross country, track, and volleyball.
TLS also has preschool 3 year old, 4 year old, and alternative kindergarten classrooms. We also offer a wrap-around program to assist families with childcare during the non-preschool hours.
We also offer before- and after-school care program, Extended Care, for Kindergarten – Eighth grade students.
Trinity Lutheran School exists to:
- Share the Good News of Jesus Christ by providing opportunity to study Scripture daily under the guidance of Christian teachers
- Emphasize excellence in academic subjects, while providing current technology, music, the arts, and physical education as an integral part of their studies
- Encourage students to become active Christians through prayer, service, and worship
Trinity Lutheran School is accredited by the State of Iowa’s education accreditation program.
We have not only achieved state accreditation but we have also been through an intensive accreditation process with the National Lutheran School Association, and received one of the highest accreditation rankings within their program.
