Entrance Requirements

Trinity Lutheran School has a twofold purpose:

1. Nurturing children of our congregation
2. Community outreach

Parents who desire to have their children attend Trinity Lutheran School must make applications for admission to the school office. Such applications will be reviewed by the principal. A tuition schedule applies to all enrolled students, whether member or nonmember. A copy of tuition rates, applications and the fee is available from the school office.

Applications for enrollment are accepted in the following order:

1. Children who are members of Trinity and Bethany Lutheran Churches;
2. Children who are unchurched (or mission prospects);
3. Children who are members of other area Lutheran churches;
4. Children who are members of other Christian denominations.

Children applying for the three year old pre-kindergarten must turn three on or before September 15. The same date also applies to the four year old pre-kindergarten. Trinity Lutheran School follows state law in this requirement.

Pupils transferring from other schools will be accepted upon presentation of proper credentials and records. For those entering grades two through eight, the students most recent report card and ITBS scores must be presented as part of the application process.

All who enroll automatically agree to all of the conditions of Trinity Lutheran School and are probationary for one quarter.
