Thank you, First graders, for assisting with Chapel this morning. The First graders presented I John 3:1-7 with actions. They memorized all seven verses and did a beautiful job of sharing the scripture. They also lead us, along with Pastor Dolde, in a hymn of praise that was new to many of the students. Well done, First Grade and Miss May!

A special picture with Miss May was needed at the end of Chapel as this is the last day the students will spend with her as a “single lady”…she is getting married on Saturday! Congratulations to Miss May and her future husband.

We are aware of possible storms in our region today, and we do have areas in each building to shelter in place if necessary.

If we are in an active tornado warning during dismissal time and are sheltering in place, we will delay dismissal until the warning has passed. All staff will be sheltering in place as well, so please note that until the warning would pass we would not be allowing students to leave. We will communicate with you through via Procare, Remind app and email if this happens.

If parents are at school when the active tornado warning sounds, we will have you shelter in the school.
